Hello Reader,

Today i am sharing a scrapbook page, lots of layers on this one, the circle was cut from one of the papers and used the lines printed to cut the circle and then to write words that described the person in the photo along them. {scrapbook papers from Hey Little Magpie –JillyBean Saffron i think} I like to do twirly doodles on my pages round the edges as it gives it a little finishing touch, i also added glimmer paper to this layout.  This layout has a matching project life style page that i will share with you another day.

Rose Wall Hanging…

2016-01-24 16.07.28

Hello Reader;

Today i am sharing a wall hanging that i made for a friend a few weeks back. The rose is a stamp from Stampin’ Up! which i used to stamp the back ground and then stamped and coloured many times to the create the decoupage focal point. The lace trim was from our local market a lady on the vintage stall had a box of trims a few weeks back and i had to have it – even though i have the pattern to make it upstairs! lol My friend really liked the hanging 🙂

Hello Reader;

I am sharing a card i made with you today with some left overs from another project.  I had stamped and embossed a whole sheet of A4 using this lovely big flower stamp from Stampin’ Up!.  I coloured it using a blender pen and my navy ink pad.  This bit was left over from my other project so i quickly trimmed it to size and stuck it to a notecard finished it off with a bit of twine and a button.  That’s one ready for the box for when i need a card next; i always keep a few packs of blank note cards on hand for just this reason so that i can quickly use left overs before tidying away.
