Yellow Blooms…

Hello Reader;

The card i am sharing with you today takes a little bit of time but i think its worth it 🙂 I started by layering up the background stamp elements in a collage-style.  Then i stamped the flower image twice on another piece of card and i water coloured it with my inkpads.  I then fussy cut it twice and layered up the images in a decoupage way picking out the main stem of the flower. I then added the greeting and matted and layered the panel on to the card base

Rose Wall Hanging…

Hello Reader;

Today i am sharing a wall hanging that i made for a friend a few weeks back. The rose is a stamp from Stampin’ Up! which i used to stamp the back ground and then stamped and coloured many times to the create the decoupage focal point. The lace trim was from our local market a lady on the vintage stall had a box of trims a few weeks back and i had to have it – even though i have the pattern to make it upstairs! lol My friend really liked the hanging 🙂
